The Heritage Medical Center includes three shell buildings built in phases and customized for clients as the project progresses. Design goals for the project are to maximize rent-able area for the client while maintaining enjoyable exterior spaces. D+A Studio worked closely with consultants, the developer, and future tenants and owners to ensure an efficient design process and viable professional spaces.
