D+A Studio designed four townhouse buildings for Phase 1 of Friday Cove (see Friday Cove Planned Residential Development for more information). The plans and complete interior specifications were developed closely with the client’s Realtor and within strict site parameters. The townhouses include 2- and 3-story designs with 2-3 bedrooms, maximizing space and minimizing site disturbance.
